a little about me

Hi, I'm Evan.

I'm a strategy consultant at Wavestone, and I've spent the last five years helping companies rethink how they sell and how they're organized. That means sales transformation, operating model design, and organizational restructuring: the work of turning a big strategy into something regional teams can actually run with.

I came up through computer science, so a lot of my work now sits where those two worlds meet. I build AI agents that help clients' sales teams find and win more revenue, and I like being the person who can write the plan and ship the prototype.
